Refund and Returns Policy

  1. We offer refund and/or exchange within the first (7) seven business days of your purchase, if seven business days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. To commence the process, you will need to send us an email to admin@kpentagdigital.com with your Order No. #, and reason for return.Hence the following applies:
    • If an order was cancelled, after actual payment for the item.
    • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The item must be in the original packaging.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded, discounted items cannot be refunded.
    • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
    • If an item was not delivered to the customer/recipient (This does not include the case for unfounded customer/recipient)
    • If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund, or the item will be replaced.
    • Refunded items can be exchanged with another item, ONLY if the item is faulty.
    • You will need to ensure that the item reaches us safely, intact, in an unused condition, with all its original packaging and accessories. On inspecting the returned item, we will process refund for the products returned. Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable. If the product item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
    • We also encourage our customers to review the listing before making the final purchase decision. In case a customer orders a wrong item, the customer shall not be entitled to any return/refund. The package must be sent through a prepaid, insured, and trackable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to the address below:

 EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@kpentagdigital.com and send your item to: (131 Pinhurst Drive Atlanta Ga 30339.).

EXEMPT GOODS

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 7 to 10 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SHIPPING

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
